I was born and raised in Bayswater, London and have lived in the city most of my life. After an art foundation course at Chelsea School of Art, I graduated in Fine Art at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, specialising in painting.

On returning to London I worked at the Bridgeman Art Library and from there I went to Venice and attended the internship programme at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, all along continuing to make art in my spare time. Changing direction I worked with various Interior Stylists and Art Directors and became an Interiors Stylist working at the Saturday Telegraph Magazine and the World of Interiors; then freelance with The Times, Telegraph, Guardian, Habitat, Cox & Cox, Tesco, Next Directory, Marks & Spencer amongst others.

For 4 years I worked alongside lingerie designer Damaris Evans on her eponymous label and helped launch Mimi Holliday, her successful high street and online label.

All of these were very fulfilling and a creative part of my life but having a young son has allowed me to refocus my true passion of making paintings and I exhibited my new work with Artists at Home, Studio 48, June 14-16 2019.

I live in London with my husband and young son.
